About the Course
Our advanced courses are designed for people who are reasonably fit or who have done martial arts or self defence before. They are among the best self defence courses available in the UK. The areas below are all covered on our advanced courses:

Our courses typically run over 4 weeks (4 sessions) and include the following:

Self Defence Club
The Combat Academy Club provides regular weekly training to practice and improve your skills whilst you get extremely fit, lose weight, build strength, muscle, or tone up.
The training is among the best and hardest you can get anywhere. We will always work you to YOUR LEVEL of fitness whilst constantly taking you out of your comfort zone whilst pushing you further each week to guarantee improvements.
Within the club you will have the chance to learn a mixture of martial arts with the best being taken from many different styles including Wrestling, Military Unarmed Combat, Kickboxing, MMA, and aspects of the more traditional martial arts. You will also be introduced to the world-famous DEFOF system which underpins everything that we do at the academy.
At the Academy we even have instructors on hand to provide personal training either for short-term goals or long-term results.
Life as a Combat Academy Student
As a student or member of the Combat Academy, you will benefit from our advice and support outside of the class. We work with many of our students offering nutritional advice, homework exercise plans and much more.
