MILITARY UNARMED COMBAT AND FITNESS
If you want to experience basic training style fitness and learn the unarmed combat skills taught by the military elite – then this class is for you. With a combination of class-room, gym and outdoor work this class is fast paced and interesting. Ideally you will already workout in a gym or attend fitness classes regularly. You do not have to be super-fit, although a good basic level of starting fitness is advisable as this class is not for complete beginners.Get More Information
About the Course
Once you are a member of the Combat Academy Club and have completed your beginners boot-camp, you can attend our pay as you go military combat classes. The fitness circuits are amazing and designed to burn maximum calories, tone up all of those stubborn areas, promote movement and flexibility whilst working out in a friendly group of fellow fitness enthusiast’s.
This will be the best fitness class you have ever tried whilst learning great self defence and confidence!
Taking Things Forward
Our courses typically run over 4 weeks (4 training sessions) and include the following:

The Combat Academy Club provides regular weekly training to practice and improve your skills whilst you get extremely fit, lose weight, build strength, muscle, or tone up.
The training is among the best and hardest you can get anywhere. We will always work you to YOUR LEVEL of fitness whilst constantly taking you out of your comfort zone whilst pushing you further each week to guarantee improvements.
Within the club you will have the chance to learn a mixture of martial arts with the best being taken from many different styles including Wrestling, Military Unarmed Combat, Kickboxing, MMA, and aspects of the more traditional martial arts. You will also be introduced to, and learn the world-famous DEFOF Self Defence system – which underpins everything we do at the academy.
At the Academy we even have instructors on hand to provide personal training either for short-term goals or long-term results.
Life as a Combat Academy Student
As a student or member of the Combat Academy, you will benefit from our advice and support outside of the class. We work with many of our students offering nutritional advice, homework exercise plans and much more.
