Thank you for booking a course with Combat Academy. You are booking a trainer to provide you with the training course/s specified, on the dates specified on the booking form.

Delivery

All courses are delivered at our offices in Liscombe Park, Soulbury unless arrangements have been made with yourselves for the booked course to be delivered at an offsite location i.e. your place of employment, community facilities near to you, school grounds or at our regional training centre in South Elmsall, West Yorkshire.

Payment

Training course registrations will not be confirmed until the booking is complete and payment has been received in full.

The price for each course will be quoted in the correspondence you receive from us and on the booking form.

Individual clients – payment is required at the time of booking your training course(s).

Corporate clients – you will be sent an invoice and payment is required no later than 30 days after the training date. Any late payments will incur a late payment fee of £50.00 for every seven days it is overdue.

Exchange Rate (overseas payments if applicable)

Combat Academy has no control over the exchange rate determined at the point of making payment or receiving a refund. Card issuing banks determine their own rate of exchange, which may fluctuate. If you are unclear or would like guidance, please contact your bank / card issuer for further information regarding exchange rates and other charges they may levy.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation charges apply to all training course bookings cancelled within 20 days or less of the training start date.

15 to 19 working days’ notice                        50% of the course fee is payable
8 to 14 working days’ notice                          75% of the course fee is payable
Less than 7 working days’ notice                 100% of the course fee is payable

Failure to attend your course or cancellations made without the specified notice period will incur the full cost of course.

When cancelling a course booking for onsite training you will pay for any expenses already incurred e.g. travel and accommodation costs.

Cancellation by us

Combat Academy reserves the right to cancel any training course or part of a course as necessary. You will usually be given a minimum of 14 days’ notice with the exception of certain unforeseen circumstances such as public transport cancellations or strikes, force majeure, exceptional weather conditions, illness or injury.  If it does become necessary to cancel, you will be entitled to take that course at a later date or receive a full refund of any course fees paid for each day cancelled.

In some instances, it may be necessary to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of all course fees paid.

Combat Academy is not responsible for any expenses occurred by the customer in the event a training course is cancelled.
